Existing Dealers
Dealers must document all tax-exempt sales by either:
- obtaining a current copy of the buyer’s Annual Certificate of Resale, and retaining copies for 3 years after the date of the transaction
- verifying a certificate by calling (877) FLRESALE and obtaining an authorization number
- obtaining only one copy of the buyer’s Annual certificate of Resale for customer purchasing goods on credit and establish long-term business relationships
