Existing Dealers
The dealer cannot use a resale certificate to purchase or rent items that
- will not be resold or rented
- will be used before they are sold or rented
- will be used for non-business related purposes
Also remember that other dealers purchasing tax exempt vehicles from the selling dealer will also present an Annual Resale Certificate.
