House Bill 7125
Effective July 1, 2013, dealers, manufacturers, importers, and distributors have been given the option of biennial renewal of their license which to some is a great step. This new statute also include biennial renewals for dealers applying for initial licenses, as well as supplemental licenses. Please look at the following table detailing the option for initial applicants and their corresponding fees.

| Wholesale Dealer (VW) | $300 | $75 |
| Auction Dealer (VA) | $300 | $75 |
| Salvage Dealer | $300 | $75 |
For dealers currently holding an active license, the biennial renewal option fee is simply doubled.

Example: VI will submit a $150 fee payment for a 2 year renewal.
